1. Services
The Detail Guys provides professional mobile automotive detailing services. We come to your specified location to perform the packages selected at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is in a condition that poses a health or safety risk to our technicians.
2. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments: All bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather Conditions: As a mobile service, our ability to perform detailing is dependent on weather. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the next available opening at no additional cost to you.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Access: You must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.

Personal Property: Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to our arrival. The Detail Guys is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Condition Disclosure: You agree to disclose any known damage, mechanical issues, or delicate surfaces (e.g., custom wraps, aftermarket electronics) before service begins.
4. Payments and Fees

Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our Site but are subject to change based on the actual size and condition of the vehicle upon arrival.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

Late Fees: Outstanding balances not paid within 48 hours of service completion may incur late fees.
5. Liability

Damage: While we take the utmost care with your vehicle, The Detail Guys is not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: rock chips, clear coat failure, loose trim, or oxidized paint.

Mechanical: We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures that occur during the normal course of cleaning (e.g., battery drainage from doors being open during interior cleaning).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Detail Guys and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.
7. Privacy
